Ministries - Buhler Mennonite Church

Our calling from Jesus is to take care of those in need. Buhler Mennonite church reaches out to it's community and other areas that are in need of help in a variety of ways. We work on a variety of projects from Local Disaster relief through Mennonite Disaster Service (MDS) to helping out with the rebuilding in the gulf region in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. Each year on the second Wednesday of February we put on a Chicken Noodle Soup Supper for the Community. The Soup Supper is a fundraiser for various mission projects that our church is connected with. Click on the Link to Learn More.

We work to help those in need in and out of our community. Most recently we took a series of 3 work trips to the Gulfport Mississippi to help the rebuilding after Hurrican Katrina.

Among other Ministries the Women of Sunday School Class #2 are helped by Women in Mission to provide a shower for members or their wives attending our church having a first baby. This is a welcome to the baby and a celebration of God's gift to the new mother.
